We got our first borrower! Elizabeth!

Hello everyone! Thank you to everybody that donated. We have gotten 12 donations and we have now raised $1,575! Thank you so much!

I am excited to announce that today we have fully funded our first borrower from the money we have raised! She had only 8 hours left when we fully funded her! This loan will help Elizabeth to purchase hybrid seeds and fertilizer for the cultivation of maize.

Elizabeth has been a farmer for 13 years. She is 33 years old, married, and has 3 children. She lives in Kenya.

If you feel inspired to join us, go donate! Thank you, everyone, and see you next week!
